A beautiful Wat Pho statue
A beautiful statue in Wat Pho, Bangkok, Thailand. Wat Pho is a major Buddhist temple complex in Bangkok that is steeped in history. It is sometimes called The Temple of the Reclining Buddha due to the enormous reclining Buddha housed there. Wat Pho has the largest collection of Buddha images in Thailand, is considered Thailand first public education center, and is the birthplace of Thai massage. It is also simply a beautiful building and a must-do if you’re in Bangkok. I believe these statues are likely from one of the cloisters, though I haven’t been able to confirm that.
