A road between Meteora and Kastraki, Greece. Meteora, Greece is most famous for its stunning monasteries perched high on precarious rock formations. However, if you’re not confined by cheesy, timed bus tours, the area is also great for hiking. I can’t tell you much about the rock formations as I don’t know too much about them or geology.
