The Burj Khalifa in Dubai, UAE. It’s the tallest structure on earth. I love this photo because it gives you scale. The other buildings are skyscrapers, like you might find in New York City, Boston, London, wherever. Then there’s the Burj Khalifa towering far above them all. If I recall correctly I was taking a rented car to be washed of the sand and dust that had accumulated and while spraying off the car I looked up and just though, ‘Oh my gosh!’ It’s different than just standing below it and looking up. Stepping back and comparing it to the buildings around it is just eye-popping!
